Exams:
It is required that you give the office a 24 hour notice when rescheduling your appt or a $50.00 fee will be assessed. This will also apply if you do not show up for appointment.
All Patients:
Patients scheduled for appointments coming in more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled.
Be advised you will be dilated at your yearly exam. You may wish to have a driver due to short term light sensitivity and blurred vision.
Comprehensive exams may last up to 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
